Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.

a) Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

To secure your data we use the double-click method. Frist time you activate the social media buttons your consent for data processing is requested (first click). The double-click method only allows a data transfer after expressed consent (second click). By entering our website no data will be processed to the social media operators.
c) YouTube
You may watch YouTube videos, which integrated into our website. Your data is only processed to YouTube after your express consent (double-click method). Only after your expression the video will be displayed. Without your consent no data will be processed to YouTube.
7. Is other personal data collected and processed?
We collect and process your personal data only if you request certain services and we need your data for this purpose or if you have voluntarily given us your express consent. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR and Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR.

8. Will my data be transferred to third parties, E.g. authorities?

When service providers get access to our customers' personal data, this usually takes place in the course of so-called order processing of personal data. This is expressly provided for by law. In this case, COSEL remains responsible for the protection of your data – in addition, the processor may also be responsible. The service provider works strictly in accordance with our instructions, which we ensure by means of strict contractual regulations, technical and organizational measures and supplementary controls.
