The Job

Title: IT, Marketing & Administration Assistant

Languages: Fluent in both German and English (oral and written)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Position: Full time (office hours)

 

Job Description:

As part of the ongoing growth plans of the company, Cosel Europe is looking for an IT, Marketing & Administration Assistant to support the European team. The job will involve multiple tasks including:


IT Support

  • IT Support and window person to the company’s external IT partner.
  • System administration support and window person to our external systems managers.
  • Basic IT level support to the company’s members.
  • Set up and management of any IT systems in co-ordination with the external IT partner.

Marketing Administration

  • Administration support to the company’s Sales Director in handling/organizing:
  • Company catalogues, fliers and other literature.
  • Sharing of published news articles throughout the company & social media platforms.
  • Management and upkeep of the company’s social media platforms.
  • Publishing of the company’s news to the website.
  • Upkeep of company documents on the EU website.
  • Organisation & co-ordination of the company’s internal & external events & exhibitions.
  • Organisation & co-ordination of product image placements.
  • System support/content management of the company’s distributor sales portal.

Administration Support

  • Support of the company’s internal order processing members.
  • Supporting the company’s Management with general administration tasks.

 

Minimum criteria to qualify for this position:

  • Fluent in both German and English to a business level in both oral and written format.
  • Extensive use and understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to create appealing & professional marketing content. (Adverts, Videos etc)
  • Extensive use of Photoshop and associated imagery programs.
  • Extensive use & understanding of all the major social media networks.
  • Extensive use and understanding in IT support.
